The field of application of health nursing extends in several aspects, including governmental and non-governmental organizations, homes, schools and factories, through and from this application the community health nurse deals with different cultures and coordinates with health service providers in the community. Directing special health care for people with chronic health problems through the first level of care, including reducing the factors that help spread diseases, improving health and protecting against diseases. The second level of care includes early detection of diseases, giving appropriate treatment and minimizing complications.
