Goals

 

• Promote the culture of measurement and evaluation and the good practices as a tool of improving the educational system and quality assurance of it and enhance the students and the outside community confidence in evaluation systems.
• Support the faculty in developing student and exams evaluation mechanism to achieve the actual assessment of learning output and consequently improving the educational process output.
• Create a bank of questions inside the unit in accordance with the latest theories in educational evaluation in many divisions.                                                                                                                        
• Motivate the faculty to implement the electronic marking system and electronic exams.
• Assess how satisfied the students and teaching staff are about measurement and evaluation systems and follow up and upgrade it.
• Measure the impact of measurement and evaluation unit in the faculty.
• Prepare a trained cadre of teaching staff and assistance body in the field of measurement and
• Encourage scientific research in measurement and evaluation methods.
• Coordinating with the related authorities to support measurement and evaluation system and applications in the university. And promote partnership with educational institutions and the similar centers regionally and internationally.
