Clinical Nutrition
course focuses on nutrition in nursing practice for the restoration and maintenance of health for human beings throughout the life cycle. The basic principles of adequate nutrition, importance, function, sources and requirements of nutrient as well as the types of malnutrition and the dietary therapy will be emphasized. Emphasis is placed on nutritional assessment and interventions for persons with short or long term disruptions of health status in relation to current research in therapeutic nutrition
