Community Health Nursing is based on a belief that health is for all through the prevention of spreading diseases and providing health education to families and individuals. Community Health Nursing application covers many fields including governmental/non-governmental institutions, homes, schools, and factories; through this application the community health nurse deals with the different cultures, coordinates with the health service providers, and provides special care to the people with chronic diseases through the first class of health care which includes reducing the factors contributing to the spread of diseases, improving the health and protecting against diseases. The second class of health care includes the early detection of diseases, giving the appropriate treatment, and reduces complications. The third class of health care includes health maintenance, vocational, and psychological rehabilitation to cope with the disability resulted from the disease.
