Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President said that within the social role of the university, adopting thoughts of innovation and innovators, and working on enhancing the entrepreneurship in cooperation with Aswan governorate, today, Thursday, Community Service & Environmental Development Sector concluded events of a Series of the Introductory Symposiums for introducing the mechanism and conditions of participating in the ” Aswan Youth Innovate” competition that is launched by Aswan governorate under the leadership of Major General \Ashraf Attia-Aswan Governor and Keeper of Regions.
Dr.Majdy Mohamed Ali-Vice University President for Community Service and Environmental Development added that these events are being held under the auspices of Major General \Ashraf Attia-Aswan Governor and Keeper of Regions and Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed-Aswan University President in the attendance of Dr.Majdy Mohamed Ali-Vice University President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr.Yasser Abdul Hamied-Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
Vice University President for Community Service and Environmental Development indicated that the symposium discussed ” Aswan Youth Innovate” for informing the university with the mechanism and conditions of participating in ” Aswan Youth Innovate” competition, this comes within the framework of the university’s interest to provide an opportunity for participating its youth with the thoughts of their projects and innovations in the social competitions, the competition aims to spread and encourage the culture of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, as well as working on generating entrepreneurial projects ideas.
Introductory Symposiums started the mechanism and conditions of participating in the competition of the faculties of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Science, Veterinary Medicine, Energy Engineering, and Engineering. It’s decided to begin the events from Monday corresponding to 9\11\2020 and continues to Thursday 15\11\2020 in cooperation with Aswan governorate and the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise Development Authority Branch in Aswan, Aswan Center for Consulting and Training, Om Habiba Foundation, and Thawab Foundation.
