On Saturday, Prof. Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President witnessed the events of the ‘‘Environment Day” in the attendance of Dr. Majdy Mohamed Ali-Vice University President for Community Service &Environmental Development Affairs, Hatem Yossry- General Director of Central Youth Welfare, and Suhaila Ahmed- Mobile Activity Responsible in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth & Sport.
Prof.Ahmed Ghallab said that within the joint cooperation between Aswan University and the Ministry of Youth & Sport under the leadership of Dr.Ashraf Sobhay-Minister of Youth& Sport the University has implemented a serval of youth and student activities that work on benefiting from the energies of youth and employing them in serving the community cases and the surrounding environment.
Dr.Ahmed Ghallab added that the community project has been implemented in the Scouting Center at Aswan University( planting and afforesting 500 seedlings of Diedonia, Bougainvillea, Wonka, and Doranta trees) to draw an aesthetic landscape and work on enlarging the green area at the University and the surrounding areas at Aswan.
